• her 45 appearances as a junior ranks second in school history for a single season and her 38 starts tied the school record set by Jessica Hoppock in 2006.
• threw 17 complete games, including 10 shutouts.

• threw 216.2 innings and recorded 197 strikeouts.
• right-handed batters hit just .145 against the right-handed pitcher.
• threw a season-high 12 innings against Florida State in the NCAA Regional.
• threw a complete-game shutout against No. 11 Stanford in the first game of the season.
• also threw complete game shutouts against Tulsa, San Diego, Connecticut, Kansas, Texas Tech twice and Florida State twice.

• recorded a complete-game shutout against Wichita State on March 27, giving up just three hits while striking out two and walking two batters.
• gave up just one earned run in 10 innings against South Florida on March 9 despite surrendering 11 hits in a 3-2 victory.

• lettered all four years at Huntington High School for coach Ruth Wright.

Born Nov. 20, 1987, Anna is the daughter of David and Peggy Whiddon. She has an older sister, Amanda Martin. Anna's favorite movie is Lonsome Dove. She is majoring in education at Oklahoma State.
