Personal
Born on Jan. 5, 1990, Chelsea is the daughter of Tanilo Garcia and the late Robin Garcia. She is the third of four daughters: Tiffany Thompson, Jeanna and Sydney. Chelsea ranked seventh in a class of 633 and, after taking several honors courses, finished with a 4.5 grade point average. She is majoring in both secondary education/mathematics and Spanish at Oklahoma State.
