Cowboy Dining |

OSU Cowboy Dining is an energetic environment in the food industry based around athletics and catered events. We are located in the West End Zone of Boone Pickens Stadium where we provide athletics with daily food services. We are also responsible for food, beverage, and all premium level services within the club and suite level during athletic events. These gameday positions include but are not limited to suite attendants, buffet attendants, culinary staff members. We are looking to add people to our team that will assist in these operations. Our Team Members are responsible for ensuring the highest quality of organization, preparation, production, and service of the food & beverage products within our operations. We require that all team members possess or gain proper knowledge & experience in food service safety & sanitation as well as the proper handling of all food products found within our operations. Team members are also expected to assist in other areas of our operation when it is required. Success in our operation will require our team members to gain substantial background knowledge of our operations, missions, and various goals. All team members are expected to practice excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Â |

Fan Relations

OSU Fan Relations and Ticketing department is seeking student staffing for game day ticket sales and customer services windows. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing top customer service to our fans and executing tasks in an efficient manner. Successful applicants have great communication skills, organization skills, attention to detail and integrity. Staff is required to work every football game in the fall semester and sign up for multiple games during soccer, wrestling, basketball, baseball, and softball seasons. This position is a combination of in office work as well as gameday & special event setup which will include tables, chairs, barricades, signage, flags, etc. You will have the opportunity to work with all sports and in all facilities as a host for visiting teams and assist Game Management on gameday. All football game days are required, other games & events are assigned as needed and working will be both indoors and outdoors. You will have the opportunity to be involved in behind the scenes operations of gameday & special events at OSU. 20-29 hours a week depending on time of year. Learfield Cowboy Sports Properties is the official athletics multimedia rights holder for the Oklahoma State University Athletics Department. Learfield works with a variety of sponsors on commercial, promotional and/or advertising needs such as radio, television, venue signage, event impact, gameday marketing, hospitality, print and OKState.com. Responsibilities include but are not limited to 4 office hours per week for the semester. Interns are required to work every home football game. This internship is not paid but some OSU degrees offer 3 hours' worth of class credit. |

The Oklahoma State Athletic Marketing & Fan Engagement Department seeks enthusiastic, sports minded students each semester to volunteer their time and assist in grassroots marketing & game day operations of our varsity sports. The internship is designed to help students gain valuable insights into college athletics. Interns work in creating, implementing and executing all in-game aspects including on-court and on-field promotions, recognitions, public announcements, increasing atmosphere, and music. It also includes market plan development, market strategies to engage students on campus, and increasing awareness of sporting events. Responsibilities include but are not limited to four office hours per week for the fall and spring semesters. During office hours, interns assist in the promotional efforts towards specific sports. Interns are required to work every football game in the fall semester and sign up for multiple games during soccer, wrestling, basketball, tennis, equestrian, baseball, and softball seasons. Interns are required to attend events throughout surrounding community to promote Athletics events/teams acting as a Street Team. This internship is not paid but some OSU degrees offer 3 hours' worth of class credit. |

POSSE |

This is a paid internship designed to give students the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the athletics/sporting industry. The Oklahoma State POSSE Office is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking students all year round to assist our fundraising staff with a variety of projects and events. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to 10 office hours per week. During office hours, interns will assist with research and projects designed to increase membership and annual giving, POSSE social media and emails, membership benefits, and management of databases. Interns are required to work all home football games and have the chance to sign up for other games or events such as basketball, wrestling, VIP donor events, POSSE Auction, baseball, and softball. |

Be a part of all OSU sports teams at the top athletic venues in the nation! Stadium People provides front line staff at all athletic events and other special events. Positions include, but not limited to, ticket scanning, bag checking, usher, access control, etc. Sports include soccer, football, men's/women's basketball, wrestling, baseball, softball and tennis. Positions will be available at all OSU venues throughout the academic year. Must be 18 years old to apply and able to pass background check. $12.50/hour and approximately 20-39 hours a week, depending on sport season. |

Sports Medicine Student Aide |

The Sports Medicine department at Oklahoma State University offers students an opportunity to become a Sports Medicine/Athletic Trainer Student Aide. This is a paid position with the athletics department and it can give you valuable experiences if you are interested in Sports Medicine. Athletic training aides are employed to assist the full-time staff in daily operations of the sports medicine department at Cowboy Football which includes practices, games and workouts. We are looking for an undergraduate student who is dependable, dedicated, and reliable. Also someone who can act with professionalism as well as work with a team. This position must be able to commit to 15-30 hours per week dependent on time of season. Work schedule will vary according to practice and event schedules. Schedules can change depending on availability of facilities and weather changes. Athletic events can take place on weekends and holidays. |
