Cowboy Tennis Drops Match Against No. 21 Columbia

CHAPEL HILL, NC – Oklahoma State's men's tennis team fell to No. 21 Columbia, 4-0, on Sunday at the Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center in Chapel Hill.
With the loss, OSU fell to 5-2 on the season.
Starting with doubles, Francisco Pini and Alex Garcia locked up court three, defeating Nicolas Kotzen and Sachin Palta, 6-2.
The Pokes dropped courts one and two, giving Columbia the doubles point.
In singles action, Leighton Allen fell to Henry Ruger, 6-0, 6-0 on court six. Court one was next to finish, with No. 11 Michael Zheng defeating Tyler Zink, 6-2, 6-2, increasing the Lions' lead to 3-0.
No. 33 Roko Horvat dropped Francisco Pini, 6-2, 5-3, for the deciding point of the match.
The Cowboys return to action at 1 p.m. (CST) on Feb. 12 at the Greenwood Tennis Center against Washington.
