Greenwood Tennis Center
ADMISSIONS
OSU men’s and women’s regular season tennis matches are non-ticketed events. All persons entering the tennis facility are subject to search.
ALCOHOL
Intoxicated or alcohol impaired individuals may be denied admission into the tennis facility, or subsequently required to leave upon request. Violators are subject to applicable legal action. Such ejections or denial of admission are not grounds for refunds.
ANIMALS
Service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted. All other animals are prohibited. All service animals must remain under the control of the handler at all times.
ANNOUNCEMENTS OR MESSAGES
No announcement or message will be made over the public address system unless an emergency is present. Requests for emergency messages need to be presented to an event staff person. Individuals not in attendance of the match can make these requests by contacting the OSUPD at 405/744-6523.
BANNERS, FLAGS OR SIGNS
Banners, signs or flags are not permitted inside the Michael & Anne Greenwood Tennis Center. Use of banners, signs and flags is limited to university recognized sponsored spirit groups.
CAMERAS
Cameras are permitted for personal use. Any commercial photography is prohibited. Cameras with lens are permitted as long as they do not exceed 3 inches or the lens (detachable or non-detachable) does not create a disturbance or obstructs the view of other fans. The use of tri-pods or mono-pods is prohibited.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
Oklahoma State University is adopting a clear bag policy at all OSU athletic events. Small clutch purses no larger than 4.5”x 6.5“and clear bags 12”x 6”x12” are permitted.
CONDUCT
The NCAA, Big 12 Conference and Oklahoma State University promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and fans. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Fans are reminded they are prohibited from entering onto the court before, during and after the playing contest. Negative comments directed at student-athletes, coaches, game officials, team representatives, or other fans are subject to ejection. The NCAA, Big 12 Conference and Oklahoma State University thank you for your cooperation.
DRONES (Remote Controlled Model Aircraft/Unmanned Aerial System)
University policies prohibit the use of drones on university property without prior approval from the Oklahoma State University and the FAA.
ELEVATOR
The elevator is located in the southeast lobby of the tennis facility. This elevator is for the general public to access the indoor/outdoor seating.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL PROCEDURES
For assistance in any medical emergency, please contact an usher or event staff personnel. It is extremely important that the exact location of the medical emergency is given so medical personnel know where the emergency is occurring.
EVACUATION
In the event of an emergency, game management staff will utilize the public address system to inform patrons of the situation and any instructions. In the unlikely event of an evacuation, please remain calm, assist others and follow the instructions of the game day event staff.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Procedures have been developed for inclement weather. Information and procedures will be provided to the event staff and the fans in the event of inclement weather. Emergency instructions will be delivered via the public address system.
LOST AND FOUND PROCEDURES
All items that have been turned over to game management personnel will be taken to the public address announcer area. Items not picked up by the end of the match will be turned over to the OSU Athletic Game Management. Individuals who have lost items should email athletics.lostfound@okstate.edu to inquire about lost items. Oklahoma State University is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
MEDICAL MARIJUANA
Federal law prohibits the use, possession, distribution or cultivation of marijuana for any reason on the OSU campus. Federal law also prohibits the use and distribution of marijuana for any reason at events authorized or supervised by OSU. Even with the evolving state law permitting marijuana for medical reasons, it is important for everyone to know they cannot consume, smoke or possess marijuana on campus even though they might have a card or prescription permitting them to do so.
NOISEMAKERS
Big 12 Conference rules prohibit artificial noisemakers from being used in the tennis facility.

PARKING - GENERAL
The parking lot (Lot 121) directly north of O’Brate Stadium is available for game day event parking. Please visit www.okstate.com/parking to view parking lot locations.
PARKING - ADA/MOBILITY ACCESSIBLE PARKING
ADA/Mobility parking is provided on a first-come first-serve basis south of the Michael & Anne Greenwood Tennis Center (Lot 9). To qualify, a vehicle must display a valid state ADA placard and permit holder must be present in the vehicle. If attending prior to 5:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday) your vehicle must also have an OSU Parking Services issued permit in addition to a state issued permit. All other times only a state issued handicap permit is required.
PARKING – RESERVED
The parking lot directly east of the Michael & Anne Greenwood Tennis Center (Lot 123) is a reserved parking lot. Individuals parking in this lot must have appropriate parking credentials to enter this lot.
POST-SEASON COMPETITION
Additional tennis center policies will be implemented for post-season competition.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located in the east building by the outdoor courts and on the first floor of the tennis facility. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
SEATING - RESERVED
There are a number of reserved seats in the Michael & Anne Greenwood Tennis Center. The season ticket holder will have a seat locator for these reserved seats.
SECURITY OF TENNIS FACILITY
ADA accessible seating is on a first-come first-serve basis and is general admission.
TENNIS CENTER – DOORS OPEN
The Michael & Anne Greenwood Tennis Center is open 1 hour prior to the start of match.
TENNIS COURTS
Spectators are reminded they are prohibited from coming onto the tennis courts before, during and after the playing contest unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to arrest.

THROWING OF ITEMS
Throwing of any items is prohibited and may result in eviction and/or prosecution.
TRASH
Trash receptacles for the disposal of trash and other items are placed throughout the campus and tennis center. Please help keep the campus and the tennis facility clean by properly disposing your trash.
TOBACCO PRODUCTS
OSU is designated as a tobacco free campus. Tobacco and smoking preparation (electronic cigarettes, vapor devices, etc.) use is prohibited on university property.
WATER FOUNTAINS
Water fountains are located at the southeast corner (ground level) next to the restrooms. Additional water fountains are also available next to the restrooms in the east building for outdoor matches.
WEAPONS/FIREARMS
No weapons/firearms of any kind are permitted in Michael & Anne Greenwood Tennis Center.

- Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons and guest related problems should be reported to event staff.
- Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for other patrons, the tennis facility or the teams may be ejected from the facility.
- Spectators are prohibited from coming onto the court before, during and after the playing contest unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to ejection and/or arrest.
- An ejected patron will not be allowed to return for the remainder of the match. Re-entry by an ejected person is grounds for arrest.
