STILLWATER – Following a 32-6 win over Bucknell on Friday night, Oklahoma State's wrestling team has a quick turnaround as they prepare to host Oklahoma in the final dual of the regular season.

The No. 12 Oklahoma State wrestling team closes out the 2021-22 regular season with the second round of Bedlam at 2 p.m. on Sunday. Five wrestlers will be honored during OSU's Senior Day ceremony, while also presenting the 2022 Gallagher Award to J Robinson during the dual.

The Series – Oklahoma
The Bedlam dual series dates back to 1920, a bout that Oklahoma State won a staggering 50-0 in Stillwater. OSU leads the all-time rivalry series 146-27-10. Sunday's dual marks the 184th time the two teams have met for dual competition. The teams met in Norman on Dec. 12, when the Pokes rolled to a 31-3 victory marking OSU's 13th straight win in the series. The most recent win for the Sooner was a 16-15 win at home in 2013. Oklahoma State holds an 80-12-2 advantage in Stillwater where OU has not won since Nov. 28, 1995. Since taking over the Sooner program in 2016, Lou Rosselli is 0-9 against OSU.

Senior SendoffÂ
Oklahoma State will honor five seniors during intermission of the dual. The group of Dakota Geer, Kaden Gfeller, Dusty Hone, Austin Harris and Wyatt Sheets have had immense success in their OSU careers. Geer and Sheets have each earned All-America honors multiple times in their careers, while Dusty Hone was recognized as an honorable mention All-American by the NWCA in 2020. A Big 12 champion in 2019, Kaden Gfeller has been a dominant factor when in the OSU lineup as the senior has put together a 51-11 record in his career. Austin Harris spent two seasons as OSU's starting heavyweight, including last season when he qualified for the NCAA Championship and made a run to the Round of 12 to help OSU to a third-place finish.

Cowboys in the PollsÂ
Oklahoma State's roster features nine wrestlers ranked in various polls this week, with five holding spots inside the top-10. Sophomore 197-pounder AJ Ferrari was the consensus No. 1 wrestler at his weight and the highest ranked Cowboy, after winning his first individual title at the NCAA Championships in March. Due to an injury forcing him to miss the remainder of the season, Ferrari was removed from the rankings this week. Daton Fix is now the highest ranked Cowboy appearing at No. 2 at 133 pounds as the reigning Big 12 champion and national finalist. Also making appearances in the top 10 of their respective weight classes are All-Americans Travis Wittlake and Dakota Geer. Geer is the consensus No. 8 ranked wrestler at 184 pounds, while Wittlake is ranked No. 7 at 165 pounds by the majority of the polls. 125-pounder Trevor Mastrogiovanni holds down the No. 7 spot, according to Intermat,after a 14-1 start to the season. Dustin Plott (174) is the final Cowboy in the top-10 as he lands at No. 9 in the Intermat poll. Wyatt Sheets is ranked No. 14 at 157 pounds by WIN Magazine, while Kaden Gfeller lands as high as No. 13 in Intermat's 149-pound rankings. True freshman Carter Young sits at No. 19 this week in the FloWrestling poll. Heavyweight Luke Surber held his position in the Intermat poll where he is ranked No. 31.
