Cowgirls Finish 16th At Mason Rudolph

FRANKLIN, Tenn. - Oklahoma State's women's golf team wrapped up its first event of the fall season with a 16th-place finish at the Mason Rudolph Women's Championship at Vanderbilt's Legends Club on Sunday.
The Cowgirls posted a 301 during their final round to finish at 894, 30-over, and five shots behind Stanford. LSU won the event by two strokes after turning in an 843 team total.
California's Pia Halbig fired a 68 during her third round to claim medalist honors with a 13-under 203 total.
Sophomore Victoria Park finished as OSU's top performer, tying for 26th place at 216 after carding a 75.
Sophomore Courtney McKim posted her second-straight 74 to tie for 35th place at 217, while classmate Hillary Wood tied for 74th at 229 after carding a 74 of her own.
Junior Jocelyn Alford tied for 80th at 233 after closing with a 78, while freshman Josephine Janson tied for 88th at 242 following a third-round 83.
The Cowgirls will be back in action on Oct. 4 at the Johnie Imes Invitational in Columbia, Mo.
