2016-17: Led the Cowboy reserves in wins, posting a 23-4 overall record at 141 pounds … Sixteen of his 23 wins came with bonus points, including nine falls, four major decisions and three technical falls … Won nine matches in a single day at the Reno Tournament of Champions to finish third at 141 and help the Cowboys to a team title at the event … Finished sixth at the Southern Scuffle, going 4-2 to help OSU to the program’s first Scuffle team title … Earned a ranked win over No. 9 Tommy Thorn, pinning the Minnesota product in the third period … Picked up titles at the OCU Open and Joe Parisi Open … Recorded a second-place finish at the Outlaw Open.
