Placed in the top 10 of all six meets she competed at in the Hammer Throw during the outdoor campaign… Hit another massive PR when it counted most during the Big 12 Outdoor Championships, dropping a throw of 57.34 meters as she just missed out on her first career All-Big 12 honor with her ninth-place finish.
2026 Indoors
Competed at five meets during the indoor season in the Weight Throw, hitting a massive personal best mark of 17.24 meters at the Big 12 Indoor Championships, where she placed 11th overall.
2025 Outdoors
Picked up a third-place finish in the Hammer Throw at the Clyde Hart Classic to open her outdoor eligibility… Set personal bests in back-to-back weeks in the Hammer at the John Jacobs Invitational and KT Woodman Classic meets, with her latter toss totaling 53.54 meters… Competed at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships, placing 15th overall in the Hammer Throw.
2025 Indoors
Opened her Cowgirl career with a second-place finish in the Weight Throw at the Owen Hewett Invitational… Competed three more times during the indoor season, finishing with a personal-best toss of 15.68 meters in the Weight Throw at the Arkansas Qualifier.
High School
A four-year letter winner in track & field and soccer… Was a four-time field event MVP, three-time All-Conference honoree and Shot Put USATF All-American.
Personal
Born October 14, 2004… Daughter of Venessa and Robert Howard… Grandfather, Bob, played football at OSU from 1960-63 and father, Robert, threw and played football for Texas at Arlington from 1980-85.
