2026 Outdoors
Out in California at the Stanford Invitational, Rutoh ran the third-fastest 5K time in program history of 15:32.69 as she placed sixth overall… Also ran a personal best mark of 4:17.86 in the 1,500 Meters at the Oregon Team Invitational… Made the Big 12 final in the 1,500 Meters and finished 10th overall… Qualified for the NCAA West First Round in the 5,000 Meters.
2026 Indoors
At her first indoor appearance as a Cowgirl, Rutoh clocked the fifth-fastest 5K mark in program history of 15:38.22 at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener in Boston… Came back just over a month later and ran the fifth-fastest 3K mark in OSU history of 9:02.74 at the Razorback Invitational… Set a new 5K personal best of 15:34.09 at the Husky Classic in Washington… Earned All-Big 12 honors in the 5,000 Meters as she finished fifth overall.
2025 Cross Country
Opened her season at the Cowboy Preview before placing fifth at the Cowboy Jamboree, helping the Cowgirls upend No. 4 New Mexico by eight points overall… Won the Weis-Crockett Invitational with her time of 21:03.3… Earned All-Big 12 honors as she placed ninth at the Big 12 Cross Country Championships… Placed second at the NCAA Midwest Regional to help the Cowgirls defeat top 10 Iowa State, who previously defeated them at the conference meet… Finished 42nd at the NCAA Championships as a freshman to help the Cowgirls place 12th as a team.
2025 Outdoors
Kicked off her outdoor career in the 5,000 Meters at the Stanford Invitational… Earned a runner-up finish at the John McDonnell Invitational in the 1,500 Meters, clocking a time of 4:25.01… Placed 9th at the Big 12 Championships in the 10,000 Meters with her personal-best time of 34:19.14, which qualified her for the NCAA West Prelims.
2025 Indoors
Competed at three meets during her freshman indoor season, clocking personal best times of 4:51.41 in the Mile and 9:46.37 in the 3,000 Meters.
