OSU’s 11th McDonald’s All-American… 2026 Virginia Mr. Basketball was a four-time high school state champion… Versatile forward who can impact the game in a variety of ways on both ends of the court.

Consensus four-star, ranked No. 31 in the Class of the 2026 by 247Sports – the highest grade for an OSU recruit since Cade Cunningham in the Class of 2020… Chose the Cowboys over a large group of potential suitors that includes Indiana, Tennessee, Maryland, Michigan State and Kansas.
High School:
Originally from North Carolina but played his high school in Virginia, where he was a four-time state champion and four-time all-state selection… McDonald’s All-American and Virginia Mr. Basketball, averaged 22.7 points, 10.3 rebounds and 2.6 blocks per game as a senior while leading Petersburg High to a 22-4 record at its first state title in 52 years… Also named VHSL Class 3 Boys Basketball Player of the Year… Scored eight points for the East squad at the 2026 McDonald’s All-American game in Glendale, Ariz… Also selected for the 2026 Ballislife All-American Game, where he totaled 23 points, nine rebounds, three assists and a pair of steals… Played his first three years for nearby John Marshall High, earning VHSL Class 2 Boys Player of the Year honors as a junior while averaging 21.9 points, 7.8 rebounds and 2.4 blocks per game… Spent the summer of 2025 on the 3SSB circuit with Team Loaded VA and also took part in the prestigious NBPA Top 100 Camp.
