2025 Outdoors
Kicked off her outdoor campaign with a pair of victories in the 800 Meters and 4x400 Meter Relay at the John Jacobs Invitational… Helped the Cowgirls score 14 vital points in the team race at the Oregon Team Invitational competing in the 400 Meters and 4x400 Meter Relay… Shattered her personal best in the 800 Meters with her time of 2:04.74 at the Arkansas Twilight… Went on to compete at both the Big 12 and NCAA West Prelims meets to wrap up her season.

2025 Indoors
Put together the best indoor season of her career in 2025, starting with a victory at the second meet of the season in the 600 Yards at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational, clocking a time of 1:20.13 to win by over a second overall… Set a new personal best in the 400 Meters with her time of 54.55 at the Arkansas Qualifier… At the Big 12 Indoor Championships, Mickens-Malik took second overall in the 600 Yards as she broke the school record with her time of 1:19.25, taking the record from former teammate Tamara Woodley, who set it the previous year at the Big 12 meet.

2024 Outdoors
Ran at five more meets during the outdoor campaign… Helped lead the Cowgirl 4x400 Meter Relay to a meet victory at the Arkansas Spring Invitational… Set a new personal best two weeks later at the John McDonnell Invitational in the 800 Meters with her time of 2:09.19.

2024 Indoors
Appeared at five meets for the Cowgirls during her junior indoor season… Earned a pair of top-5 finishes at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational, placing second in the 600 Yards and third in the 4x400 Meter Relay… Earned her second career All-Big 12 honor at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in the 600 Yards with her time of 1:21.37, which ranks sixth in program history.

Appeared 11 times during her debut track and field season as a middle-distance athlete... Her best individual performance came at the Arkansas Invitational, where she placed fourth overall in the 600 Meters with her personal-best time of 1:33.12...
