Oklahoma State has swept the team titles at each of the past two NCAA Midwest Regionals and is looking to become the first school to sweep the region three times in a row. Cowboy Denis Kipngetich has won the last two individual titles on the men's side, with Billah Jepkirui winning the women's title in 2023.
Overall, the top-ranked Cowboys are undefeated on the year and are coming off a dominant Big 12 Championship win over No. 2 Iowa State two weeks ago, with OSU missing their own Big 12 record by just one point. Brian Musau became just the second man in Big 12 history to win the conference meet three years in a row, joining Colorado's Jorge Torres (2000-02). Musau, Kipngetich, Adisu Guadie, Fouad Messaoudi and Ryan Schoppe are ranked No. 2, No. 4, No. 16, No. 27 and No. 29 in FloTrack's individual rankings.
On the women's side, the Cowgirls are back in the top 10 at No. 9 following their fourth-place performance at the conference meet, finishing behind only No. 1 BYU, No. 6 Iowa State and No. 7 West Virginia. The OSU women have won the Midwest Region three straight years and are looking to become the second women's team in region history to win four straight times.
Parking will be held at O'Brate Stadium starting at 7:30 a.m., with shuttles to the course every 20 minutes.
The top two teams from each region plus an additional 14 at-large selections will advance to the NCAA Championships in Columbia, Missouri, on November 22.
