Kilcrease, Bushnell and Silchenko lead Cowgirls to No. 12 spot in NCAA Golf Rankings

STILLWATER – The NCAA released its first Division I Women's Golf rankings Wednesday, with Oklahoma State debuting at No. 12 and placing three Cowgirls in the individual top 75.
Powered by Scoreboard by Clipp'd, the rankings use a point system that factors in course difficulty, field depth and several other elements.
The Cowgirls are ranked 12th with 54.40 points, trailing first-place Wake Forest (106.44) by 52.04 points.
Oklahoma State is the highest-ranked Big 12 team on the list, leading runner-up No. 15 Baylor by three spots.
The Cowgirls also made their mark on the individual rankings, with Grace Kilcrease, Ellie Bushnell and Marta Silchenko each claiming spots in the top 75.
Kilcrease, a senior and Preseason All-American, leads the team at No. 34 (39.73 points) – the same spot she held at the end of the 2024-25 season.
Bushnell's No. 39 ranking (39.23 points) is the highest of her collegiate career so far, a 45-spot jump from her previous best of No. 84 on Oct. 23, 2024. The junior ended last season at No. 130, improving nearly 100 places since.
Silchenko rounds out the trio of Cowgirls in the top 75, coming in at No. 71 with 32.05 points.
The 12th-ranked Oklahoma State women's golf team returns to action this Friday, Oct. 17, at the Stanford Intercollegiate.
