Cowgirls To Host Annual Pro-Am On April 28

Oklahoma State women's golf is set to host the annual Cowgirl Pro-Am on April 28, 2023 at Karsten Creek Golf Club.

The event will begin at 10:30 a.m. when breakfast is served and the driving range opens for pro-am teams. Registration is then open from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., with a shotgun start shortly after at 12:30 p.m. Following play, the event will end with a cocktail buffet and awards from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

"On behalf of Cowgirl Golf, I would like to invite you to the 2023 Cowgirl Pro-Am, scheduled for the April 28 at Karsten Creek Golf Club.

As competitive as women's golf has become, your support is more important than ever. We are continuously working to separate ourselves from the competition to become the premier program in the country. Your generosity will provide us an overwhelming advantage when it comes to scheduling, team travel, recruiting, facilities, technology and equipment. This will help give us the resources needed to win championships as a team and for each player to reach their ultimate goals while in college and beyond.

This is a great opportunity for you to help us build on the success from the past two and a half years, which includes a Big 12 Championship, NCAA Runner-Up finish, four All-American selections, two Conference Players of the Year, Conference Freshman of the Year, NCAA Regional individual champion, Big 12 individual champion, 10 team titles and 14 individual wins.

In addition to the success on the golf course, the team recorded a 3.66 GPA in the 2022 fall semester. That ranked No. 1 for all sports in the entire athletics department. Three players earned a perfect 4.0, and 10 above a 3.3.

With the Karsten Creek renovations set for this fall, this could very well be the last to chance to play the Cowgirl Pro-Am on the current layout. It's something you won't want to miss! We can't thank you enough for being part of our team and hope to see you at the end of April. Go Pokes!"

The Cowgirl Pro-Am brochure will be released approximately eight weeks prior to the event, in which supporters can register to enter in the event.
