Stillwater, Okla. - The 25th-ranked Oklahoma State men's tennis team will return to the Greenwood Tennis Center this week when it squares off against the No. 12 Texas A&M Aggies on Tuesday at 2 p.m.
Friday night, the Cowboys captured their first Bedlam win since 2009 when they secured a 4-2 victory over the No. 26 Oklahoma Sooners. OSU improved to 6-3 on the season and a 1-2 mark on the road.
Junior Emile Hudd played a vital role in the win as he sealed a three-set upset over OU's Mason Beiler. With the win, Hudd is now 6-3 in singles action as he continues to compete on the No. 3 court.Â
Texas A&M most recently took the courts at Arkansas, where the Aggies ultimately fell, 4-3, to the Razorbacks on Sunday. Oklahoma State recently saw Arkansas at home a month ago and beat them, 4-3, in an exciting matchup.
The most recent meeting between the Aggies and the Cowboys came in 2015, where the Pokes lost the matchup, 4-2. OSU holds the advantage between the teams in the overall series, 43-14.
