Cowboys To Host ITA Action On Saturday

Stillwater, Okla. - Due to potential inclement weather, the first and second rounds of pre-qualifying play for the ITA All-American Championships have been moved to the Greenwood Tennis Center and will take place on Saturday, it was announced today.Â

The remainder of the event will take place Oct. 4-10 at the Michael D. Case Center as well as the Case Tennis Center in LaFortune Park.Â
Six Cowboys will compete in the pre-qualifying rounds with senior Luke Hammond, junior Maxim Verboven, along with sophomore Leighton Allen and freshmen Nic Pesoli, Francisco Pini and Sammr Raina all participating.Â
Tyler Zink and Luke Hammond will debut in doubles on Monday, Oct. 4 for the first and second rounds of qualifiers.Â
Zink will start singles play on Wednesday, Oct. 6 for the first and second rounds of the Main Draw.Â
Play is scheduled to start at the Greenwood Tennis Center 9 a.m. Saturday morning.
