Accompanying Stresnakova in the rankings are Cowgirls Marina Guinart (No. 102) and Bunyawi Thamchaiwat (No. 117). Thamchaiwat lands in the rankings following her win over Kansas' Nina Khmelnitckaia. In doubles, Sofia Blanco checks in at No. 17 alongside freshman Catherine Gulihur. Blanco is also ranked with partner Lisa Marie Rioux at No. 38. Cowgirl Quick Hits
The Cowgirls return three seniors who helped lead OSU to the second round of the NCAA Tournament last spring, each playing a key role in the team's success. The tournament appearance marked the seventh straight and fourth consecutive year hosting. It was also the fourth-straight year that the Cowgirls notched 20 wins in a season. They ended the regular season ranked No. 8 and finished second in the Big 12, stretching their streak of weeks in the ITA top 25 to 74, a post they have maintained through the 2019 season.Â
