AMES, Iowa -- Bridget Carleton scored 24 points, Kristin Scott added 17 with 12 rebounds and No. 18 Iowa State rolled to an 89-67 win over Oklahoma State on Saturday.
The Cowgirls shot 58 percent in the first quarter and trailed 25-23, and kept the deficit to single digits before Carleton banked in a 3-pointer at the halftime buzzer to send ISU to the locker room with a 51-39 lead.
OSU got the margin back to single digits at 55-47 three minutes into the third period before the Cyclones pushed the margin to 15 at 70-55 heading into the final period.
Vivian Gray led all scorers with 31 points, two off her career high, including 21 in the first half. Freshman Ja'Mee Asberry added 14.
