• Oklahoma State's women's basketball team will tip off the 2019-20 campaign on Sunday at 2 p.m. when it hosts Emporia State in exhibition play.
• The Cowgirls will begin their ninth season under the direction of head coach Jim Littell on Nov. 5 when they host Idaho at 7 p.m.
• The contest will be the front end of a three-game homestand to start the season for OSU.

Scouting Emporia State
• Emporia State posted a 22-9 record a year ago and advanced to the NCAA Division II Central Regional Tourney.
• The Lady Hornets are coached by Toby Wynn, who served as an assistant for OSU head coach Jim Littell at Seward County (Kan.) Community College during the 2004-05 season.
• Wynn graduated from Oklahoma State with a degree in business education.
• Senior Jessica Wayne is the squad's top returner with her 13.3 points per game and 6.9 rebounds per contest.

OSU In Exhibition Play
• After their 70-37 win over Northeastern State last season, the Cowgirls have won 23 consecutive exhibition contests.
• The Cowgirls' last exhibition loss came on Nov. 14, 2003 against Northwest Sports.
• OSU is 10-0 in exhibition play under the direction of head coach Jim Littell.
• The Cowgirls have cracked the century mark on three occasions in exhibition games under Littell.
