No. 18 Kellovsky and Vocel Advance To Semifinals Of Doubles Play

TULSA, Okla. - No. 18 Dominik Kellovsky and Matej Vocel competed in the quarterfinals of doubles play on Friday in the ITA All-American Championships and propelled themselves into the semfinals of the tournament.
Kellovsky and Vocel defeated No. 13 Richard Ciamarra and Tristan McCormick of Notre Dame, 6-4, 7-5 in their quarterfinal match on Thursday. This is the second duo the Cowboys have defeated that are ranked higher in the ITA Division 1 Men's Rankings after they defeated UNC's Yuya Ito and Christian Sigsgaard, who are ranked 17th in the country.
The Cowboy duo now advances to the semifinals, which will take place on Saturday. They will face Gabriel Decamps and Juan Pablo Mazzuchi of UCF.
No. 19 Matej Vocel also competed in the singles draw of the tournament on Friday. Vocel was defeated by No. 10 Sam Riffice of Florida, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, in the quarterfinals of the tournament.
