February 17, 2017 | Cowgirl Golf
NEW ORLEANS – The Oklahoma State women's golf team is bound for the Big Easy to take on a top-notch field at the 2017 Allstate Sugar Bowl Intercollegiate Golf Championship.
The Cowgirls finished second in the event last season, and were just stroke behind Florida for the title. That day, OSU battled a weather delay and a field filled with six top 25 teams to claim second place at 1-under, 863.
Chih-Min Chen was at the top of her game last year at the Sugar Bowl Intercollegiate. Then a freshman, Chen posted a 2-under 214 to earn a seventh place finish overall.
