STANFORD, Calif. – Blustery conditions at the Stanford Golf Course couldn't stop Oklahoma State's Linnea Johansson and Kenzie Neisen from helping the Cowgirls jump two spots into ninth place at the Stanford Intercollegiate.
A Southwesterly wind at 16 miles per hour peppered the 6,130-yard par-71 course, but Neisen posted an even-par 71, while Johansson, a WGCA All-American, was just 1-over. Neisen, the two-time reigning Big 12 individual champion, jumped 32 spots and will enter the final round tied for 18th, and Johansson climbed three spots into a tie for eighth.
