Last Time Out
Chase Ealey led the way and had another great showing in the Ahearn Field House.
Five Cowgirls participated in the weight throw competition and three set personal bests. Ealey led the competition with her 18.36m/60-3.00 throw from her fifth attempt, which was the winning mark. It was the second time this season that Ealey set a personal best at Kansas State, and her throw put her on another Cowgirl top-10 list with the mark slotting in at fourth all-time in the women's weight throw.
Ealey won the shot put with a throw of 15.70m/51-6.25. She was the highest finisher of the four Cowgirls in the event. Kehl and Zarankaite followed Ealey in second and third, and Nelson grabbed eighth.
On the track, Danielle Coleman topped her season's best in the 600-yard run with a 1:26.73 that got her third place overall.
In the men's 600-yard run, Ryan Wheatley made his season debut and led the Cowboy runners with a 1:13.26. He won his heat and finished third overall as one of five Pokes in the top-10.
Two-time All-American Savannah Camacho and freshman Kaytlyn Larson finished one and two in the 1,000-meter final. Camacho, who was making her season debut, ran a 2:52.78 to take the win and claim the No. 2 time in the Big 12 this season when adjusted for track size. Larson passed her season's best from over a month ago by four seconds, running a 2:53.03 and picked up the No. 4 spot in the Big 12.
Newcomer Tre'Tez Kinnaird's 2:28.72 won him the 1,000-meter race in his Cowboy debut and freshmen Bryce Balenseifen (2:29.81) and Miles Yapp (2:31.85) finished third and fifth, respectively.
Jacob Fincham-Dukes improved his season's best with his jump of 7.10m/23-3.50. At the Texas A&M Invitational he climbed into the OSU all-time best list, but this mark replaces his previous jump that was sixth best in school history.

A Look Back  Â
                                                                         Â
At the 2015 Razorback Invitational, the Cowboy DMR team qualified for Nationals by winning the event in 9:30.65.
John Teeters ran a 6.55 to advance to the 60-meter final and then won the event with a 6.56.
In the 3,000-meter run, Chad Noelle ran a personal best and the ninth best time in school history to win the event.
Vegard Oelstad took the mile crown in 4:01.55 and was joined by Luis Martinez and Craig Nowak in the top-10.
In the women's 800-meter run, Kaela Edwards, Clara Nichols and Jennifer Celis all finished in the top-10 with Edwards leading the way in third.
Chase Ealey also had a big day, throwing the shot put 15.90m/52-2.0 and finishing third.

Cowboys on Bowerman Watch List  Â
                                       Â
For the first time since 2009, Oklahoma State is represented on the Bowerman Award preseason watch list as Cowboy seniors Chad Noelle and Nick Miller have both received a spot on the prestigious list of 10.
"It's really exciting for our program to have two guys on the list," coach Dave Smith said. "Both of them are among the best athletes in the NCAA, so it's good to see them recognized. They've worked extremely hard since arriving at OSU to get to the level they're on."
With Noelle and Miller representing the Pokes on the list, OSU joins Oregon as the only program with more than one nominated male athlete.
Back in 2014, Miller was a late season addition to the watch list during the outdoor season, but did not receive votes to start the year and did not make the list of three finalists.
Miller is fresh off a summer of international competition that included European and national titles.
The six-time All-American and six-time Big 12 champion won the Under-23 European hammer throw title in mid-July before taking gold in the British hammer throw championship with a then personal best of 75.88m. He went on to represent his nation at the IAAF World Championships in Beijing. Miller made the final, and finished 11th, but qualified for the competition with a personal best 77.42m throw, which was good enough for the 14th best throw in the world in 2015.
After redshirting last outdoor season to focus on international competition, Miller will be back with the Cowboys this upcoming outdoor season looking to secure his first NCAA title. At his last outdoor championships in 2014, Miller just missed out on 10 points when he finished second with a throw of 72.40m, a little more than a meter short of the champion.
Miller holds OSU's hammer and weight throw records and has widened the gap between the No. 2 throws in each season of competition.
Noelle earned the nomination after completing one of the most successful seasons in OSU history during his senior outdoor campaign. The middle-distance specialist swept his way into the NCAA Championships, then became just the 10th Cowboy in school history to win a national title. Noelle's 3:54.96 in the 1,500-meter championship race was enough to make him the first Cowboy national champion since German Fernandez took the same crown in 2009.
His successful 2015 season started indoors where he won two Big 12 indoor titles on his way to scoring 23 points for the Cowboys at the conference championships. Noelle entered the season with the school record in the 1,000-meter run, but performed his way onto two more lists, running the 10th-fastest 3,000-meter run (7:56.76) and second-best mile (3:57.78) in Cowboy history.

All-Americans in Form Early      Â
                                                  Â
The 2016 indoor season is still young, but the time of year hasn't stopped the OSU All-Americans from putting up top-10 Big 12 and NCAA marks.
Savannah Camacho made her debut at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational in the 1,000-meter run and ran the No. 2 time in the Big 12 so far.
Two-time All American and school record holder John Teeters dashed his way into the NCAA top-five with his performance at the Texas A&M Invitational in mid-January. Teeters won the 60-meter dash competition in 6.60 seconds, topping two other All-Americans from a season ago in the process.
With his time, Teeters owns the best time in the conference and the third best mark in the NCAA so far, trailing Tennessee's Christian Coleman and Cameron Burrell of Houston.
Kaela Edwards started her 2016 season with a near personal best that also got her the top-time in the NCAA thus far. She won the 800-meter run at the Texas A&M Invitational in 2:03.60 and setting a meet record as well.
