2017 Indoors: Kicked off the season with two races at the Kansas State Winter Invitational, where he won as a member of the 4X400-meter relay team and placed third in the 600 yards... Won the 600 yards at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational... Was a member of the victorious distance medley relay team at the Razorback Invitational... Competed in four races at the Big 12 Championships, including an All-Big 12 performances in the 600 yards and the distance medley relay... Was on the distance medley relay team that earned a sixth place finish at the National Championships.
2016 Cross Country: Did not compete.
2016 Outdoors: Ran on the fifth-place finishing Cowboy 4X400-meter relay team at the Big 12 Championships... Ran a season’s best 47.98 at the Jim Click Shootout in the 400-meter dash... Finished in the top-8 four times.
2016 Indoors: Earned his first, first-team All-America honor as a member of the fifth-place Cowboy DMR squad... Scored two all-conference honors with the DMR and 4X400-meter relay teams... Ran a personal best 1:11.89 in the 600-yard run at the Big 12 Indoor Championships.
 2015 Outdoors: Earned his second All-America honor of 2015 when he and the 4X100-meter relay team finished 22nd at the NCAA Championships... Ran in three events for the Cowboys, including the Big 12 Championships where he finished 10th in the 400-meter dash.
2015 Indoors: Earned All-America honors as the only freshman on the Cowboy distance medley relay team... Won a Big 12 title while running with the DMR team... Set a personal best in the 600-yard run (1:12.74) at the Big 12 Championships where he finished 10th... Ran in four regular season meets for the Cowboys.
High School: Attended Cherokee Trail HS in Aurora, Colo., where he was coached by Chris Faust...2014 state champion in the 200 and 400 meters...Selected for the All-State team in 2013 and 2014...Also was named the team MVP his junior and senior year.Â
