2018 Outdoors: Opened his season with a victory in the 1,500 meters at the Arkansas Spring Invitational… Earned a runner-up finish in the 10,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships, earning his sixth All-Big 12 honor... Went to the NCAA West Regional in the 10,000 meters.
2018 Indoors: Ran in four races during his final indoor campaign… Earned a top-10 finish in the Mile at the Razorback Invitational… Took home two All-Big 12 honors… Placed third in the 5,000 meters and fifth in the 3,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships.
2017 Cross Country: Earned four consecutive top-10 finishes to start the season… Was runner-up at the Big 12 Championships… Placed 10th at the NCAA Midwest Regional, helping secure the Cowboys a spot in the NCAA Championships… Ran in the NCAA Championships for OSU… Was named the 2017 Men’s Cross Country Scholar-Athlete of the Year.

2016 Cross Country: Laced up in in all six events for the Cowboys...His best finish came at the Cowboy Duals where he finished third... Finished 184th at the NCAA Championships...Earned All-Conference honors at the Big 12 Championships with his fifth place finish and helped the Cowboys win their ninth consecutive Big 12 title.
2016 Outdoors: Tried his hand in the 3,000-meter steeplechase for the first time in his career and won a race at the John McDonnell Invitational... Ran in the steeplechase and 5,000 at the Big 12 Championships.
2016 Indoors: Competed in both the 5,000-and 3,000-meter runs at the Big 12 Championships... Ran once during the regular season at the Husky Classic in the 3,000 where he clocked a personal best 8:12.82.
2015 Cross Country: Made one appearance in the Cowboy Preview where he finished fifth.
2015 Outdoors: Recorded a career best 14:27.53 in the 5,000-meter run at the Stanford Invitational... Appeared in three regular season meets and finished top-10 in two.
2015 Indoors: Started the season with a win at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational in the 1,000-meter run... Ran a personal best 4:07.06 in the mile at the Razorback Invitational... Appeared in three regular season meets for OSU.
2014 Cross Country: Started the season with three straight top-10 finishes including a win at the Hurrican Festival... Ran a 25:10.77 at the Cowboy Jamboree to finish fourth overall... Ran at the Big 12 Championships where he finished 39th with a 25:27.6.
2014 Outdoors: Ran the 1,500 meters four times for the Cowboys, with his best performance from a time standpoint being a 3:51.03 mark to take seventh at the Arkansas Invite ... Took home his second All-Big 12 honor of his freshman campaign with a sixth-place finish in the 1,500 meters at the conference meet.
2014 Indoors: Highlighted his indoor season with a
contribution to the team Big 12 title in the form of a sixth-place finish in the mile (4:18.96) ... Finished in the top 10 each time he ran the mile in 2014 -- Won the KSU Winter Invite (4:20.47), took sixth at the KSU Wildcat Invite (4:18.59) and placed second at the Razorback Invite with a personal-best 4:07.88.
2013 Cross Country: His only appearance was an
unattached run at the Cowboy Jamboree, where he placed 56th, with a time of 26:33.52.
High School: Eight-time state champion: (three cross country, three 3,200 meters and two 1,600 meter titles) ... Third place at the 2012 Nike Cross Nationals ... 2011 Nike Cross Country southwest champion.
