2015 Outdoors: Ran in just three events for the Cowboys... Finished ninth in the 1,500-meter semifinal and 12th in the 5,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships.
2015 Indoors: Ran with the Big 12 Champion distance medley relay team... Earned second-team All-America honors as a member of the DMR team... Finished second at the Big 12 Championships in the 1,000-meter run in 2:26.90... Ran a 3:58.79 in the one mile run at the Iowa State Classic to set a personal best and record the sixth fastest mile in OSU history.
2014 Cross Country: Qualified for the NCAA Regional with a 24:00.3 8K at the SC Bronco Invite... At the Regional, he finished 28th in 30:44.9... Finished 12th at the Big 12 Championships in 24:34.4.
Prior to OSU: Ran for Western State Colorado University in 2011 and 2012...Won a DII individual title in the 1,500 meters at the 2013 national championships ... Competed at the 2012 Cowboy Jamboree, where he ran a time of 25:45.74...Was named the 2013 Norwegian Junior national champion after winning the 1,500 meters at the U23 Championships...Took 12th in the same event at the U23 European Championships in 2013.
