STILLWATER, Okla. -

The No. 24 Oklahoma State men's tennis team was swept by sixth-ranked Baylor at the Greenwood Tennis Center on Sunday, marking the first time the Cowboys have failed to register a point in 2014 dual match play.

OSU (20-5, 1-3 Big 12) took three of Baylor's singles standouts to the decisive third set, but the Cowboys were unable to capitalize in doubles and tiebreaker action.

21^st-ranked Arjun Kadhe and Jakob Sude suffered their first loss of the season in doubles play, falling to Pradella/Zsiga, 8-5. The Nos. 2 and 3 Cowboy tandems were also taken down, ending the Pokes' 11-match doubles point winning streak.

In singles action, Baylor used three second-set tiebreaker victories to take straight set wins at Nos. 1, 3 and 4. Lucas Gerch nearly forced a third set on court four, but was eventually defeated by No. 102 Tony Lupieri, 6-2, 7-6(12).

Sebastian Sachs was also able to provide a challenge, as he nearly took down Baylor's Julian Lenz, the No. 2 singles player in the nation. Sachs forced the German to a third set, but was eventually held off , 6-4, 2-6, 6-4.

The Cowboys will look to close out their regular season in winning fashion in next Sunday's Bedlam battle at the Greenwood Tennis Center. Brady Bohrnstedt, Matt Campbell, Brandon Champagne and Trevor Horstmann will be honored with a Senior Day ceremony.
