Cowgirls Set To Begin Play In Windy City

HIGHLAND PARK, Ill. - Oklahoma State's women's golf team will get its second event of the fall campaign underway on Monday when it begins play at the Windy City Collegiate Classic at Northmoor Country Club.
The 15-team field will play 36 holes on Monday before Tuesday's final round at the par-71, 6,108-yard layout.
OSU won the event two years ago at Glen View Club, while former Cowgirl All-American Kelsey Vines shared medalist honors. The Cowgirls opened their 2013 fall schedule earlier this month with a third-place showing at the Dale McNamara Fall Preview in Tulsa.
OSU's starting five will consist of seniors Lauren Falley, Jayde Panos and Amy Ruengmateekhun as well as sophomore Julie Yang and freshman Casie Cathrea.
