OWASSO, Okla. - Oklahoma State's women's golf team will get its fall slate underway this week when it begins play at the Dale McNamara Invitational at The Patriot.
In their first season under the direction of head coach Alan Bratton, the Cowgirls will start a lineup that consists of senior Jocelyn Alford, juniors Kelsey Vines and Hillary Wood as well as sophomores Josephine Janson and Jayde Panos.
Last year, the Cowgirls tied for second with Texas at the event with Oklahoma taking home the team title. Individually, Wood and Janson each earned top-20 finishes, tying for 15th place, while Alford tied for 37th place.
Vines, who joined the program this year after transferring from BYU, and Panos will be playing in the event for the first time.
The 54-hole event will get underway on Monday and will run through Wednesday at the par-72, 6,450-yard layout. Fifteen teams comprise this year's field and will begin each day at 8 a.m. on the Nos. 1 and 10 tees.
Live scoring for the event will be available at golfstat.com and will be updated every three holes.
