STILLWATER – The No. 55 Oklahoma State men's tennis team looks for its first victory of the season Sunday as the Cowboys square off against Sacramento State at Tulsa's Case Tennis Center.
The Cowboys have dropped their first three contests of the year, including matches against No. 11 Georgia and No. 22 Georgia Tech at the ITA Kick-Off Weekend.
The match against Sacramento State is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. and will be OSU's second dual at the Case Tennis Center, where the Cowboys began their season with a 5-2 defeat at the hands of No. 58 Memphis on Jan. 22.
Sacramento State features one of the best singles players in No. 16 Kiryl Harbatsiuk, while OSU boasts the No. 9 doubles tandem of Aleksey Bessonov and Rifat Biktyakov.
The Hornets have a 3-3 record on the year after defeating Portland State in a tight 4-3 contest on Feb. 10. They will play Tulsa on Saturday at 4 p.m. before facing the Cowboys on Sunday.
