Houston, Texas. (OSU Athletics ) Â— Oklahoma State wraps up the Marriott Houston Hobby Classic with a 1-0 win against Indiana on Sunday.

The lone run of the game came when sophomore Mariah Gearhart started the game for OSU with a hit and a stolen base. Junior Katelyn Bright followed with a hit to left field and Gearhart scored from second.

Junior Anna Whiddon got her fourth start of the year and threw a complete game shutout against the Hoosiers (0-6). She gave up four hits, struck out four and walked one. She improves to 3-2 on the season.

The Cowgirls (5-2) second game of the day against No. 14 Houston that was schedule for 3:00 was cancelled. The Cowgirls will return to action next weekend when they travel to Orlando, Fla., for the UCF Tournament. They will play Portland State and Boston College on Friday, Illinois-Chicago and Central Florida on Saturday and an undetermined opponent in a fifth game on Sunday.
