Cowgirl Golfers Open Season at Mason Rudolph Championship

Donnie Darr, the assistant coach for men's and women's golf, will take the five returners on the trip. Seniors Candy Herrera and Mallorie Underwood, as well as sophomores Amanda Johnson, Karin Kinnerud and Pernilla Lindberg, will start for the Cowgirls.
The tournament takes place on the Vanderbilt Legends Club course which is 6,347 yards and plays to a par 72. Other teams competing in the tournament are top-ranked Duke, No. 3 Georgia, fifth-ranked Purdue, No. 7 UCLA, 10th-ranked Vanderbilt, No. 11 Wake Forest, 12th-ranked Arizona, No. 12 Virginia, 17th-ranked Stanford, No. 20 Arkansas, 21st-ranked LSU, No. 24 Alabama, High Point and Missouri.
The Cowgirls will tee off Friday morning starting at 8 a.m. The tournament will continue on Saturday with another round of 18 holes and conclude on Sunday with a final round of 18. Real time scoring can be found at www.golfstat.com.
