Cowgirl Golfers to open spring season

Oklahoma State's Cowgirl golf team travels to Palos Verdes, Calif., for the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge. It will be OSU's first tournament of the spring season.
The three-day event will be held on the par-71 Palos Verdes Golf Club, Feb. 13-15. First-round action is scheduled to begin with a 9 a.m. start Monday. The second round is set for 9 a.m. Tuesday and the final round will begin with a shotgun start at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday.
The field of 15 teams includes some of the top-ranked teams in the nation. Of the 15 teams, 13 are ranked in the nation's Top 25. Of these, five are in the Top 10, including No. 2 UCLA.
Arizona State, Arizona, Florida, New Mexico, Ohio State, Oklahoma State, Pepperdine, Stanford, California, UCLA, USC, Washington, Tulane, Arkansas and Wake Forest will all be competing.
