Cowgirl Golfers to Compete in Tar Heel Invitational

Oklahoma State's Cowgirl Golf team will travel to Chapel Hill, N.C., this weekend to compete in the Tar Heel Invitational, hosted by the University of North Carolina. The tournament begins on Friday, and 18 holes will be played each day through Sunday.
Other teams competing in the tournament include: Auburn, College of Charleston, Duke, Florida State, Kentucky, North Carolina, N.C. State, Ohio State, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M, Tulsa, Vanderbilt, Virginia and Wake Forest.
This will be Oklahoma State's third tournament of the fall season. The Cowgirls have one of the most difficult schedules in the country and regularly compete against the top teams in the nation.
The Invitational will take place on the UNC Finley Golf Course which plays to a par 72 on the 6,285 yard course.
