Cowgirl Golfers in 14th place at The Derby Invitational

Auburn, led by Maria Martinez's three-under-par 69, sits atop the team leaderboard with a three-over 291, three strokes ahead of Georgia and top-ranked Duke. Virginia and Tennessee are tied for fourth place. The Big 12's Texas is tied for 10th, while Kansas is in 15th place.
Cowgirl senior Jennifer Karr is in 51st place with a 78, while freshman Karin Kinnerud is in 62nd place with an 80. Junior Mallorie Underwood (84) and senior Kyla Welsh (85) round out the Cowgirl scores.
The Invitational will continue on Saturday with another round of 18 holes, and conclude on Sunday with a final round of 18.
