Cowboys Continue Winning on Day Two

Oklahoma State's men's tennis team went undefeated in singles competition and advanced a doubles team to the final round Saturday at the RazorRacket Invitational.

In singles Flight A, Tomas Bohunicky downed Andrei Nicoara of Arkansas in straight sets, 6-4, 6-3. Felipe Diaz followed with a victory of Jiri Spousta of Southwest Missouri State, 7-5, 7-5, for the right to face his teammate in Sunday's semifinal.

In Flight B action, Artsem Burmistrau advanced to the final match by knocking off Oscar Beioch of Iowa State, 7-6, 6-2. His opponent will be determined tomorrow before the final match.

The Cowboys also advanced a pair to the finals of the doubles bracket. The duo of Boris Kuharic and Felipe Diaz won two matches Saturday en route to a finals showdown with Dante Cupilli and Johan Nortje of Southwest Baptist.

The tournament's final day of play begins Sunday at 9 a.m.
