Cowboy Netters Split With Texas

TULSA, Okla. Â Oklahoma State's men's tennis team split a pair of singles matches with the University of Texas at the 2003 Polo Tennis National Collegiate Preview at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center in Tulsa, Okla., this afternoon.
Tomas Bohunicky continued his strong play by defeating Pete Stroer in straight sets 6-4, 6-4.
Juan Felipe Diaz pushed Jimmy Haney in the first set before losing 7-5, but Haney handled the second set easily winning it 6-2.
The Cowboys did win a doubles match that ended late last night. The duo of Diaz and Boris Kuharic defeated Zack malmgren and John Nallon of Texas A&M 8-4.
The Cowboys will resume play at the ITA All-American in Chattanooga, Tenn., beginning Saturday, Oct. 4 and lasting the entire week.
