Cowgirl Golfers compete in Dick McGuire Invitational

Oklahoma State's 12th-ranked Cowgirl golf team travel to Albuquerque, N.M. this week to compete in the 25th annual Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invitational. The tournament will be held on the par 73, 6,069 yard UNM Championship Course.
Other ranked teams competing include 10th-ranked UNLV, No. 23 New Mexico, 24th-ranked Pepperdine, No. 25 TCU, 36th-ranked Colorado State and No. 48 Texas A&M. Other squads include Arizona State, Baylor, BYU, Hawaii, New Mexico State, San Diego State, Texas-El Paso, Texas Tech, Tulsa and Wyoming.
This is the Cowgirls' second event of the season after posting a fifth-place finish at the NCAA Fall Preview earlier this month in Opelika, Ala. Competing for Oklahoma State this week are Ashley Knoll, Karin Sjödin, Annie Thurman, Jenny Karr and Mallory Underwood.
