Cowgirl Golf Finishes 13TH At TRW Regional Challenge

Cowgirl senior Maria Bodn led OSU with a 23rd-place finish, shooting 77-75-76228 for the tournament. Junior Emma Zackrisson and sophomore Linda Wessberg tied for 51st with a 235, while sophomore Christi Cano finished 56th, one stroke behind the duo at 236. Sophomore JoAnn Heller rounded out the Cowgirl scorers with a 248.
Arizona won the team title, led by Natalie Gulbis' medalist honors and Lorena Ochoa's second-place finish. New Mexico State finished second, 11 strokes behind the Wildcats' 884. Stanford finished third at 900, while Texas (902) and Tulsa (904) rounded out the top five.
Oklahoma State will next compete in the Midwest Classic, Feb. 23-25, in Dallas, Texas.
