Ninth-Ranked Women's Golf To Compete In Spartan Invitational

STILLWATER, Okla. -- Oklahoma State's ninth-ranked women's golf team will travel to Monterrey, Calif., this weekend to compete in the Spartan Invitational, hosted by San Jose State. The tournament begins on Monday with round of 18 holes.
Oklahoma State joins three other top-20 teams in the field, including fourth-ranked Arizona State, No. 14 Tulsa and 16th-ranked San Jose State. Other teams competing are Brigham Young, Hawaii, Northern Arizona, Portland State, San Francisco, Tulane, Vanderbilt, Washington and Washington State.
The 54-hole tournament will take place on the par 72, 5,893 yard Laguna Seca Golf Course, and is the second tournament of the spring for the Cowgirls.
Play will continue on Tuesday with a round of 18 holes, and conclude on Wednesday with a final round of 18.
