Pitts, in her 22nd year as head coach of the Cowgirls, earned her second consecutive Big 12 Coach of the Year honor. She has led OSU to four regular season tournament titles this year and a current No. 7 national ranking. Pitts' squads won 14 Big Eight Conference Tournament titles.
