Cowgirl Golf Ranked Ninth In Latest Rankings

STILLWATER, Okla. -- Oklahoma State's Cowgirl golf team has moved into the top 10 in the latest MasterCard Collegiate Golf Rankings, released this week by the Collegiate Golf Foundation. The Cowgirls are tied for ninth with Louisiana State in the rankings with 217 points.
Junior Maria Boden is seventh in the latest rankings, tied with Tulsa's Stacy Prammanasudh with 251 points. Jenna Daniels of Arizona is the top individual golfer, receiving 317 points.
Arizona is the top-ranked team in the country, followed by Duke, USC, Arizona State and Georgia. Stanford is sixth, followed by New Mexico State and Wake Forest. OSU and LSU round out the top 10.
The Cowgirls open the fall season on Feb. 7, when Oklahoma State competes in the Regional Challenge in Palos Verdes, Calif.
