Candley Suspended From Men's Basketball

STILLWATER, Okla. -- Junior-college transfer center Roy Candley has been suspended indefinitely from the OSU men's basketball team, coach Eddie Sutton announced today.

The 7-2, 398-pound center from Baton Rouge, La., was suspended for repeatedly missing team workouts, the OSU coach said.

Practice for the 1999-2000 men's basketball season begins Saturday, Oct. 16.
