2025 Outdoors
Opened her outdoor season with a pair of top-six finishes in the 800 and 1,500 Meters at the Stanford Invitational… Placed third at the Oregon Open in the 1,500 Meters before returning the next day to score 10 vital points for the Cowgirls in the 1,500 Meters at the Oregon Team Invitational with a personal-best time of 4:17.14… Competed in both the 1,500 and 5,000 Meters at the Big 12 Championships.

2025 Indoors
Competed at five meets during the indoor season… Earned a runner-up finish at the Arkansas Qualifier with her time of 4:42.38 in the Mile, a new personal best… At the Big 12 Indoor Championships, Sangha earned a pair of All-Big 12 honors in the Mile and DMR.

2024 Cross Country
Kicked off her freshman cross country season at the Cowboy Preview… Clocked a personal best at the Cowboy Jamboree with her time of 22:00.8 in the 6K… Placed eighth at the Weis-Crockett Invitational.

2024 Outdoors
Appeared twice during her first outdoor campaign, clocking her personal-best time of 4:35.61 in the 1,500 Meters to open the season at the Stanford Invitational.

Opened her Cowgirl career at the Sharon Colyear-Danvlle Season Opener in Boston, clocking a personal-best time of 4:52.03 in the Mile… Finished fifth overall in the 800 Meters at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational with her personal-best time of 2:09.23… Earned All-Big 12 honors in the 1,000 Meters at the Big 12 Indoor Championships.
High School
Attended Crescent Heights High School in Alberta, Canada… Was a provincial cross country and 800 Meter champion… Also was a provincial runner-up in the 1,500 Meters.
