International Competition
Competed at the 2023 USA U20 Championships, finishing fifth overall in the 800 Meters.
2025 Outdoors
Won her heat of the Stanford Invitational to start her outdoor campaign… Followed it up with a runner-up finish to teammate Kaylie Politza in the 1,500 Meters at the Oregon Open with a personal best of 4:16.00… The next day, Surber scored 10 team points for the Cowgirls at the Oregon Team Invitational with her fifth-place finish in the 800 Meters… Earned All-Big 12 honors in the 1,500 Meters as she finished eighth overall with her time of 4:17.32… Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the 1,500 Meters.
2025 Indoors
Kicked off the indoor circuit at the Sharon Colyear-Danvlle Season Opener in Boston, clocking a time of 2:06.72 in the 800 Meters for a sixth-place finish… Set a pair of personal bests at the Arkansas Invitational in the 600 and 1,000 Meters one month later… Ran her Mile PR of 4:50.48 at the Razorback Invitational… Clocked her 800 PR of 2:05.50 at the Arkansas Qualifier, which ranked her ninth in program history… Earned All-Big 12 honors as a member of the DMR team that took sixth overall.
2024 Cross Country
Opened her season at the Cowboy Preview with an 11th-place finish overall… Took third at the Weis-Crockett Invitational before setting a new 6K personal best at the Big 12 Championships with her time of 21:00.7.
2024 Outdoors
Appeared at six meets during her sophomore outdoor season… Opened with a new personal best in the 1,500 Meters of 4:30.46 at the Stanford Invitational… Placed third overall at the John McDonnell Invitational in the 800 Meters with her time of 2:08.28… Set another personal best in the 800 Meters at the Big 12 Championships with a mark of 2:06.90, which qualified her for the NCAA West Prelims.
2024 Indoors
Opened her indoor season with a new personal best in the 1,000 Meters, clocking a time of 2:51.10… Competed at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in both the 800 Meters at 3K, setting a new personal best in the 3,000 Meters of 10:04.77.
2023 Cross Country
Scored in her first meet of the season at the Cowboy Preview, placing 18th overall with a 3K time of 10:51.2… Finished 23rd at the Cowboy Jamboree with a personal-best 6K time of 22:36.5.
2023 Outdoors
Burst onto the scene as one of the top middle-distance freshmen in the country during the outdoor season… Set a personal-best 400 Meter Hurdles time of 1:01.59 at the Jim Click Shootout… Picked up her first event victory in the 4x400 Meter Relay at the Corky/Crofoot Shootout… Set a new personal best in the 800 in the Big 12 Outdoors prelims, running 2:07.21… Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims, where she ran 2:08.18.
2023 Indoors
Competed in four indoor meets during her freshman campaign… Ran a season-best time in the 800 Meters of 2:10.51 at the Husky Classic in Washington.
2022 Cross Country
Competed in two races as an unattached runner… Ran a 22:40.4 6K at the Cowboy Jamboree and a 22:12.4 in the Weis-Crockett Invitational.

Attended Tuttle High School in Tuttle, Okla… State champion in 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, 400m and the 4x4… Also played softball and basketball.
