2016 Outdoors: Showed off her range again in the outdoor season by taking home first-team All-America in the 1,500... qualfied for the West Regional in the 800-and 1,500-meter runs... Ran the No. 2 800-meter time in school history with a 2:01.97... Owns the third fastest 1,500 in school history with a 4:13.63 from her NCAA final... Qualified and ran at the U.S. Team Trials where she narrowly missed out on a spot in the national semifinal... Recorded a 2-flat split at the Penn Relays in the 4X800-meter relay where the Cowgirls took second... Also helped the Cowgirls finish runners-up in the DMR at the Penn Relays as well... Capped off her 2015-16 campaign as the only Cowgirl to run at all three NCAA Championships in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field.
2016 Indoors: Took home the NCAA title in the mile with a time of 4:35.62... Qualified for three individual races at the NCAA Championships including the 3,000, mile and 800... Won the 1,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships for the second consecutive year... Won the conference title in the mile for her fourth conference title... Ran a school record 4:32.14 in the mile... Her 2:03.60 in the 800 gave her the No. 3 time in school history... With a 9:06.27 in the 3,000, she ran the second best time in Cowgirl history.
2015 Cross Country: Finished fourth three times for OSU including as the Big 12 Championships, Crimson Classic and Cowboy Preview... Earned ninth at the Midwest Regional... Ran the NCAA Championships and was the only Cowgirl or Cowboy to run at all three NCAA Championships during the Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor seasons.
2015 Outdoors: Made her first NCAA Outdoor semifinal, but was tripped during the race causing her to finish 22nd with a 2:09.07 in the 800-meter run... Finished third at the Big 12 Championships in the 800... Ran a personal best 2:02.63 at the Payton Jordan Invitational, giving her theÂ
second best time in school history.
2015 Indoors: Her stellar season ended with a second place finish at the NCAA Championships in the 800-meter run... Won two Big 12 titles, including the 1,000-meter open title and distance medley relay title... Set a personal best in the 1,000 with her 2:43.11 in the Big 12 final... Finished at least in the top-three in all seven races for the Cowgirls.
2014 Outdoors: Made her only appearance of the outdoor season at the Stanford Invitational, finishing the 1,500 meters in 12th place with a time of 4:26.83.
2014 Indoors: Finished her freshman campaign with a bang, as she finished third in the 800 meters (2:05.72) at the NCAA Indoor Championships, marking her first career All-American honor...Took second in the event at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 2:06.12...Also earned All-Big 12 honors in the distance medley relay, finishing in fourth place (11:37.19)...Grabbed the top spot in her only appearance in the 1,000 meters with a run of 2:52.85 at  the KSU Wildcat Invite...Set an individual best at the Razorback Invitational, where she finished the 800 meters in 2:05.59, good for second place.
2013 Cross Country: Set a personal best in the 5,000 meters at the Bluegrass Invitational with a run of 17:41.33, helping her finish in 17th place...Made her first career appearance at the Big 12 Championships, where she finished 23rd in the 6,000 meters (21:30.6).
2013 Outdoors: Did not compete.
2013 Indoors: Competed at two meets ... Won the 600 meters at the Arkansas-OSU Dual with a 1:31.52 ... Took third place in the 600 yards at the KSU All-Comers Meet in 1:24.54.
2012 Cross Country: Did not compete.
High School: Anchored the 4x400 meter relay team that holds the Colorado state record … Entered her senior year ranked No. 6 nationally in the 800 meters among seniors … Finished fourth in the 400 meters and 800 meters at the 2011 Colorado State Championships … Named an All-state performer in track … Voted cross country team MVP twice and track team MVP once … Named the Athlete of the meet at the City of Littleton Championships, Mullen Invitational and Liberty Bell ...
