2024-25: The Cowboys’ 149-pounder started all but one of the squad’s regular-season matches … Picked up bonus point wins in his first two contests of the season against Utah Valley and Oregon State and tallied five on the season … Went 10-10 overall with fifth place finishes at the Michigan State Open and the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational.
2023-24 (Redshirt Year): Made appearances at the Lindenwood Open and Reno Tournament of Champions while in redshirt … Had six bonus-point wins as part of his 8-3 record at 149 pounds … Fell to teammate Jordan Williams in the Lindenwood Open finals.
2022-23: Went 15-14 in his second year as a starter at 141 pounds … Placed fifth at the Big 12 Championships to earn an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships … Defeated No. 11 Clay Carlson at Big 12s before injuring his knee against No. 1 Andrew Alirez in the semifinals and being forced to injury default out of the match … Went 0-2 at the NCAA Championships while visibly dealing with the injury suffered at the conference tournament … Recorded the highest-ranked win of his career on December 4 against No. 3 Jake Bergeland of Minnesota … Collected three other wins over opponents ranked in the top-10 … Earned Big 12 Wrestler of the Week on January 31 for his 15-7 major decision over No. 8 Cael Happel and 3-0 decision over No. 19 Casey Swiderski … Pinned Justin Hoyle of Hofstra in 20 seconds at the Southern Scuffle, which marked the first fall of his career and is the 12th fastest fall in Scuffle history.
