• Was named to the Swedish squad for the 2008 World Amateur Team Championship where she teamed with former Cowgirl Pernilla Lindberg and Anna Nordqvist to win the team title.
• Posted a 4-under 140 total at the 2008 Ladies' British Open Amateur Championship to claim medalist honors.
• Reached the championship match at the event before falling to Anna Nordqvist, 3 and 2.
• Played in the European Ladies Team Championship for the victorious Swedish National Team in 2008.
• Competed at the 2008 RICOH Women's British Open.
• Tied for 13th at the 2008 Scandinavian TPC hosted by Annika with a 5-under 211 total.

Personal
Born May 13, 1989. Caroline is the daughter of Yvonne and Claes Hedwall. She has a twin sister, Jacqueline, who is a member of the golf team at LSU. Caroline is undecided on her major. She was also recruited by Duke, Arizona, LSU, New Mexico and Purdue.
