Entering her first season as the Director of Basketball Administration for the Cowgirl basketball program is Allison Ray. She assumes her new role after spending the past two seasons as the program's graduate assistant.

Ray, who had served as a student manager for the Cowgirl program starting in 2015, earned her bachelor’s degree in the spring of 2019 in marketing and sports management. She secured a master’s degree in business administration this past spring.

She made the president’s honor roll on five occasions and the dean’s honor roll twice during her time at OSU. Additionally, Ray was a McKnight Scholar Leader, a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies as well as the Order of Omega.

A recipient of the Kurt Budke and Miranda Serna Memorial Scholarship, Ray has been involved with OSU’s Homecoming in various capacities since 2015 as well.
